Howling Bluff Estate Sauvignon Blanc: this wine comes from 4 separate plantings of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc situated around our 20 acre vineyard. Howling Bluff 2007 Estate Sin Cera Silver Award at The Wine Access 2009 Canadian Wine Awards Red Blends
100% sourced from low cropped vines at Howling Bluff’s
Summa Quies Vineyard on the Naramata Bench, this Meritage style blend is rich and structured. Dominated by Merlot
(72% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 13% Malbec) the wine shows intense plum, black cherry and coffee with further
complex flavours and aromas of cassis, burlap, clove, cinnamon, pepper and chocolate. The finish is long and
complex with concentrated flavours that both linger and evolve. Built for ageing, this wine has ripe, fine-grained
tannins that will reward 6-12 years in the cellar, or decanting to drink now. Pair to grilled meats and roast leg of lamb.
Only 200 cases and 24 magnums produced. 2007 Pinot Noir, First Place 25th Annual Peoples Choice Award, fall 2009 The follow-on from the Lieutenant Governor’s Award of Excellence winning 2006 vintage and again 100% sourced from Howling Bluff’s Summa Quies Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The nose is a beautiful combination of ripe strawberry and cherry with notes of sweet spice, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, orange zest and hints of burlap. The palate is seductively silky in texture and shows vanilla, cherry, raspberry, orange zest and more sweet baking spice. The finish lingers long on the palate and the wine continues to evolve and develop complexity in the glass. Perfect to pair with richer meat dishes, braised dishes and venison. Drink 2009-2017. Only 171 cases produced. Howling Bluff 2008 Estate Sauvignon Blanc Summa Quies Vineyard This wine is a blend of our Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes.

varietal aromas of guava and passion fruit intermingled with citrus
fruits and tomatoes leaves with a slight earthy, mineral

balance.
